1981 migration to Freiburg, Germany.
 
1980 - 1982 PGCE, London University.

1986 - 1989 Alexander Technique teaching training with Yehuda Kupermann.

Since 1989 freelance teacher of the Alexander Technique.

2000 founding of own company, SPEEK, offering workshops, coachings, and trainings in psycho-physical re-education. German nationality along with British nationality.
 
Further training in person-centrered counselling, Dr. Carl Rogers approach.
 
Mother of three (wonderful!) grown-up children.
 
Member of STAT and the German STAT affiliated Alexander Technique society, ATVD.eV,‘Bündnis90/DIE GRÜNEN’ and Greenpeace.

Greater awareness in pregnancy. The Alexander Journal No. 10, 1989.

As of September 2017: PhD studies at Hull University. Research in to Women's experience of the Alexander Technique in pregnancy.
